Remember a time when you felt at ease and didn't have chronic inflammation? Through a heightened focus on self-care, we will cultivate time for rest and deeper sleep during this program.


We'll use the power of healthier fats and less refined carbohydrates to fuel your body and mind. Up level your daily foods with ones that are nutrient rich. I'll show you how.


We'll focus on using strategies, key foods, supplements, teas and elixirs to boost our immunity, improve our gut health and that support our response to stress.

This is a small group program that is facilitated online over a 4 week period.
