My body performs at it's best when I care for it with lots of sleep and quiet and when I don't feed it too much dairy (do you know how hard it is to go to France and not eat cheese? c'est impossible). My body is happiest without refined sugar and it drinks in healthy fats especially omega-6 fatty acids from fish. I also run on B vitamins, lots of vitamin C from food and supplementation.

In 2017, I travelled to Australia with my husband and witnessed how a determined segment of their medical industry is pioneering an updated, corrected metabolic approach to health to help reverse the diabetes epidemic. I participated in Low Carb Down Under seminars in Melbourne and Sydney, Australia during that time and continue to follow their teachings in my client work. To this day, I am still intrigued with what I witnessed on the other side of the world (life changing). It's the future and the future is now.
