Personalized Nutrition Consultation & Coaching: I offer a starter package of 3 sessions for $199. This includes a 1 hour nutrition assessment / intake with a template meal plan & recipes along with support with macros plus two 30-minute accountability sessions with food journal review, troubleshooting and support. Step 1: Book Your 1st Session and Complete the Detailed online Health Assessment
Upon completing payment and booking your first session, you'll complete my online assessment highlighting your health history as well as your main health goals. I've also included a fun exercise to help you zero in on your eating preferences.
Step 2: Private Consultation Strategy Session (60-Minutes)
We'll connect together by phone or video to review your health assessment in detail and we'll co-create your personalized wellness plan (nutrition and lifestyle healthy habits based on your health goals, symptomatology, digestive health and food preferences).
Step 3: Begin Implementing The Recommendations & Get Supportive Coaching
During our first strategy session, we'll book in 2 x 30-Minute follow-up coaching sessions to review your progress. We'll uncover any obstacles and struggles to your success. We'll pivot your plan as needed and review your questions. Start to see the results of your efforts.
3 Session Package Fee: $199 CAD
You have the option to continue with weekly or bi-weekly coaching support sessions for at $50 per 30 minute session.
